Shareholders of LNW Consulting Engineers and Project Managers (Pty) Ltd and Syralco BV from the Netherlands have recently formed LNW-eMzansi Trading (Pty) Ltd with a group of other individual South African shareholders to target heavy industrial development in the ports and mining sectors as potential clients. LNW-eMzansi Trading (Pty) Ltd is a 51% black owned engineering company envisaged to operate from 4 offices in South Africa which forms part of an enterprise development project by LNW.

Shareholders from LNW Consulting Engineers and Project Managers (Pty) Ltd and BMS together with shareholders from Swaziland and Mozambique have recently opened offices in Maputo (Matola) under the name of MDS Consulting Engineers and Project Managers. MDS is a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting company that offers a vast array of engineering services.
