SPECIALISED SAFETY MANAGEMENT
LNW has developed a specialised Safety Management System for extremely high risk heavy engineering projects for the mines and quarries industries where fatal risk studies, task observations and risk assessments are constantly performed and reviewed to develop proper method statements with safety working procedures for projects such as:

• Demolition and blasting projects
• Structural rehabilitation projects where temporary lateral support systems are required
• Dragline maintenance and rebuild projects (dragline for opencast coal mines – extremely heavy engineering)
• Major "Brownfield" upgrade and rebuild projects in live plants
• Major infrastructure rehabilitation projects
• Major remedial projects

SURFACE VESSEL AND HOLDING TANK DESIGN, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
In November 2010 LNW obtained E-Tank Software from the USA and have since developed an in-house design team that can design new surface vessel/holding tanks in accordance with API 650 and API 620. Our association with ASP Rope Access enables us to now also execute 3rd party integrity inspections on existing vessels/tanks in accordance with API 653 where we can compare inspection findings with the original designs in order to develop long term maintenance strategies for complete tank farms. Various software applications also available within LNW allows us to back analyse and model vessels/tanks to determine remaining life expectancy and any future hotspot maintenance requirements.
